In this short, focused class, we'll work on essential ground movements to build mobility, stability, and strength for daily life. We'll start with get-ups from the floor, a fundamental real-life skill that improves hip and ankle mobility while building knee and wrist strength. This movement also enhances overall coordination and stability, all crucial for injury-free movement, especially in natural settings. We'll follow up with a foot-hand crawl to engage the often tight upper back and shoulders—perfect if you spend a lot of time at a desk.

It's all about making movement fun!

Class Length: 20 minutes


Focus: get-ups; ancle & hip mobility, knee & wrist strength

Equipment needed: a Mat + optional a yoga block
